Lloyd Crowe’s background reflects a diverse and accomplished career in both the military and law enforcement. His service in the United States Marine Corps as a Hydraulics Technician on photo reconnaissance aircraft not only highlighted his technical skills but also sparked his interest in aerial photography.
Throughout his 30 years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Lloyd gained extensive experience and took on various roles, showcasing his versatility and leadership abilities. His time as Commander of Juvenile and Missing Persons Investigations equipped him with expertise in search and rescue, incident command, and crime scene management. Additionally, his involvement with the department’s Dive Team demonstrated his commitment to underwater search and rescue operations.
Following his retirement from law enforcement, Lloyd transitioned into the role of Chief Security Officer for USA Track & Field. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in coordinating security planning for both domestic and international Track & Field events. His collaboration with U.S. Embassies and law enforcement agencies worldwide underscored his global perspective and ability to manage complex security scenarios.
Lloyd’s educational background includes graduation from the FBI National Academy and the Senior Management Institute for Police, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. His Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University adds a strategic and organizational dimension to his skill set.
Now, Lloyd is poised to leverage his wealth of experience and embrace modern technology, specifically drone technology with high-resolution photos and 4K video capabilities.
