Ernest Rizzo, also known as Jon, is a highly skilled FAA Part 107-certified aerial drone operator and proficient camera photographer based in Casa Grande, Arizona. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, technical support, and photography, Jon has established himself as a reputable independent contractor in real estate photography. 

Since June 2021, Jon has been an integral part of 409 Media Productions. He specializes in bracketed HDR photography using a DSLR camera and offers stunning aerial photography services with his Mavic 2 Pro-multi-rotor drone. He excels at coordinating with real estate agents and homeowners, understanding their unique needs and expectations, and delivering high-quality, processed images that meet their specifications.

Before pivoting to his passion for photography, Jon honed his customer service skills in various roles. From 2014 to 2020, he worked at Apple Inc. as a Home Advisor Level 2, providing comprehensive support and customer problem resolution. His experience at Verizon Wireless, from 2006 to 2013, allowed him to develop strong technical troubleshooting abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills, which are invaluable in his current role as a photographer.

Jon’s educational background includes a Diploma in Audio and recording Engineering from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Technologies. His technical expertise is complemented by his proficiency in various operating systems and software applications, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, which enable him to deliver top-notch photographic content.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jon is a licensed amateur radio operator, showcasing his commitment to communication and technical excellence. From August 2018 to April 2022, he served with the Civil Air Patrol, contributing to emergency service missions and enhancing his dedication to public service and safety.
